The Celgene Corporate Compliance and Ethics Hotline is also available through an online website portal. You may report any conduct or action which is or may appear inconsistent with applicable law, Celgene policies, our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, or our Values.
The “Hotline” provides personnel a means of filing a report anonymously (where permitted by applicable law) 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to a third-party service that will ensure a caller’s confidentiality. Celgene will not discipline, discriminate against or retaliate against any employee who reports a complaint or concern, unless it is determined that the report was knowingly made with the knowledge that it was false.
