REVLIMID® in combination with dexamethasone is FDA and EMEA approved for the treatment of multiple myeloma patients who have received at least one prior therapy. REVLIMID® is also FDA approved for the treatment of patients with transfusion-dependent anemia due to Low- or Intermediate-1-risk MDS associated with a deletion 5q cytogenetic abnormality with or without additional cytogenetic abnormalities. Cord blood stem cell transplants have been successfully performed in more than 8,000 patients with some 80 known diseases, including leukemia and immune system disorders.
