Patient Support Coordinator®
The Celgene patient support program was created to help patients and healthcare providers navigate the challenges of reimbursement, provide information about co-pay assistance, and answer general questions about Celgene products and their distribution. The Patient Support Coordinator® (PSC®) is a dedicated central point of contact who assists providers and patients who rely on Celgene products.
We recognize that some patients are faced with financial difficulties that may prevent access to therapy. We put patients first by ensuring broad access to our oral therapies and assisting patients with:
- Reimbursement assistance, insurance claims, and appeals
- Medicare Part D issues
- Locating co-pay assistance programs and services
- Identifying pharmacies that are registered to dispense Celgene products
- Determining the status of a prescription
- Inquiries regarding Celgene's patient assistance program
- Information regarding Celgene products and their restricted distribution programs (RevAssist® or S.T.E.P.S.®) or appropriate contacts for other questions
A live Patient Support Coordinator is available to provide one-on-one assistance.

Uninsured or Underinsured Patients
Through the Celgene patient support program, uninsured or underinsured patients who have been prescribed select Celgene products can apply for access to free drug. Please review the "Instructions for Application Form" and "New Case Application Form" below for more information.
