Celgene Corporation is committed to enhance medical and basic scientific research in diseases related to the current and future areas of interest of the Company. Celgene considers requests for support of investigator-initiated research in these therapy areas. The mission and purpose of the research program is to support investigators who have ideas to use Celgene compounds to obtain new knowledge that could advance our understanding of a specific drug and contribute to an improvement in the care of patients.

Celgene provides research funds and/or the supply of drug based on the investigator’s request and the recommendation of the Celgene Internal Review Committee (IRC).

Intellectual Property

While a formal Clinical Investigator Initiated Trial Agreement will be sent following concept approval, the position of Celgene on intellectual property (IP) is as stated in the below attachment. By submitting your concept, you are aware of the Celgene IP position.

Note: Investigators from regions other than North America should contact their local Celgene office to discuss ideas for Clinical Investigator-Initiated Trials.
