Celgene Corporation Agency Policy
Celgene does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing vendors, including recruitment agencies and/or search firms. Celgene has a preferred provider list and does not pay fees to any vendors without a current agreement on file. Any staffing vendor, person or entity that submits a resume into this career site or to a hiring manager directly does so with the understanding that the applicant's resume will become the property of Celgene. Celgene will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting staffing vendor, person or entity. Staffing vendors, who are on Celgene’s preferred provider list, shall submit resumes according to the designated process.
