Q. Are all jobs listed on your website open?

A. Yes, all jobs posted on the website are open. They will remain posted until the position is filled.

Q: How do I submit my resume for an open position?

A: Once you find an open position that interests you, apply to the open position by submitting your resume electronically through the website.

Q: Will I be contacted by Celgene after my resume is received?

A: You will receive an e-mail message from Celgene confirming receipt of your resume. You will be contacted if Celgene is interested in further pursuing your candidacy.

Q: Do I need to submit a new resume for each job in which I am interested?

A: Yes. Your resume must be submitted electronically for each opening in which you are interested.

Q: Where do I send my resume if I want to be considered for future openings?

A: Resumes are only accepted for current openings. A resume must be submitted electronically through the career section.

Q. My friend works for Celgene and referred me for a position. How do I apply?

A. Celgene values employee referrals as a great source of talent. In order for your friend to receive credit for the referral, he/she must submit your resume through the employee referral program. A Celgene recruiter will contact you if there is interest in pursuing your candidacy.

Q. Upon accepting a position with Celgene, when do my healthcare benefits become effective?

A. Celgene provides a comprehensive healthcare benefits package. New employee benefits are effective on the first day of the month following start date.

Q. Does Celgene offer any kind of retirement or savings plan?

A. Yes, Celgene offers a 401(k) program. Pease refer to our benefits section to learn more about this and our other benefits.

Q. Does Celgene use the services of search firms?

A. Celgene will occasionally use the services of search firms to assist in filling positions. Celgene will not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing vendors, including recruitment agencies and /or search firms, nor does Celgene pay fees to any such vendors without having contracted with that vendor for that particular position.
