Here's a brief overview of the benefits available to regular, full-time employees and part-time employees who work more than 30 hours per week.

Medical Plans - Depending upon where you live, we offer preferred or exclusive provider networks, as well as consumer-driven health plan options, that help protect employees and their families, as well as domestic partners, against major medical expenses. All medical plan options include prescription benefits, including a mail-order drug program.

Dental Plan - Celgene offers two dental plan options to choose from. Both include coverage for routine care, major restorative care, and orthodontia.

Vision Plan - Celgene offers vision care coverage with comprehensive services available through its extensive member network.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Celgene offers a Health Care FSA for payment of eligible health care expenses with tax-deferred dollars. An employee can contribute up to $5,000 a year.

Life and AD&D Insurance - We provide competitive life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost to employees. In addition, supplemental life, dependent and spouse life insurance is available.

Business Travel Accident Insurance - All employees are provided with business travel accident insurance at no cost.

Travel Assistance - Additional services are provided that offer assistance to employees when traveling greater than 100 miles from home.

Disability Plans - Celgene offers both short- and long-term disability plans to provide income protection to employees in the event of illnesses or injuries. Employees have the option to buy-up additional insurance.

Long-Term Care Insurance - Celgene offers employees the option to purchase insurance to cover the costs of custodial care for employees and their eligible spouses or their parents and parents-in-law.

Retirement Plan - Celgene offers a 401(k) savings plan to which employees may elect to contribute pre-tax or after tax to the Roth (k). Celgene offers a generous discretionary company match.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Celgene offers a Dependent Care FSA for payment of eligible dependent care expenses, such as child care and care for an incapacitated adult dependent. Employees can contribute up to $5,000 a year.

Employee Assistance Program - This program provides confidential professional assistance to employees and their eligible dependents in dealing with personal problems that may influence health, well-being or work effectiveness.

Vacations & Holidays - Celgene offers competitive vacation and holiday schedules. Specific schedules vary, depending on the local practices at each of our locations.

Educational Assistance - Celgene offers assistance to employees in completing approved educational degree programs at accredited colleges and universities under the program's eligibility guidelines.

Credit Union and Banking - Depending on location, Celgene offers access to either a credit union or bank. An ATM is located at our corporate headquarters.

Health Services - At corporate headquarters, an onsite nurse provides flu shots, hosts blood drives and supports the occupational health of all Celgene employees.

Mother's Room / Lactation Rooms - Lactation rooms are available for mothers who are nursing.

Fitness Benefits - A full fitness center, including basketball and tennis courts, is available to all employees located at corporate headquarters.

Discounts- A variety of discount programs on goods and services are available to Celgene employees through our preferred relationships with vendors.
